Exercise Your Data Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for access to your data, ask us to correct or erase it, nominate someone to act for you, or raise a grievance.

What happens next

1. We verify that the request is really from you, using the email address and mobile number you give us.
2. We look through every place your data lives — enquiries, bookings, your profile, your documents, chat transcripts and analytics.
3. We act on the request and reply to you, within 30 days.
4. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
